Too political. Only way to promote and move up is play the political games. Working in the lab area is all about licking boots.

They make a quality product.

Cons

Everything else is terrible. Employees are treated very poorly. All areas of Operations (Admin, Finance, AR, Customer Service) are a joke. All quality employees have left. Dinosaurs in management do nothing and are just counting their days and money until retirement.
