      Pros

      Small company benefits are that you know everyone, and can generally have working relationships with everyone up to the VP even. The management tries to engage with the employees to figure out what they could improve on.

      Cons

      Because it's such a small company salaries and promotions tend to solely go up based on seniority. It's hard to stand out and get recognition.
