Growing fast. Lot of overtime. Small nice groups of friends you can find.good teamwork but also boat anchors who are not fired. Right department and you have high tec machines and robots to learn. Two engineer groups and a lot of supervisor and management layers. the engineer team on the cable cutter side help you they teach you anything you need and make sure you understand. them and mid volume guys and maintenance team are great. Awesome stuff and free lunch when you hit your goals each month is very nice!

Cons

Change happens before you have enough time to hit a goal and if you have a winning attitude your depressed to go in after awhile. Building outdated hot and dirty but the other building a few miles away is beautiful. lunchroom is old but very big. Used to give out lots of very nice awesome stuff and lunches for hitting goals but that stopped and I missed that. Most jobs I find after I left has cheaper insurance so I can take equal pay and still come out better. some people just kiss butts and never actually do more than minimum and get away with it. Now Im at a shop with less technology which sucks but I feel appreciated and thats worth it.
