I have been working at Klein Tools for 3 years. Overall, working at Klein has been very rewarding. I have a great mentor who sees my potential, without having to advertise. My boss goes out of his way to send me to upcoming conferences and classes for continuous learning in my field. Before I was promoted to a Supervisory title, my boss wanted me to take management/leadership classes to better prepare in the role. The company promotes a positive culture that fosters teamwork and a safe environment for all employees. It is refreshing to work at a manufacturing facility where safety is apart of the company values.
