      Great job, however there is a lot of petty differences throughout the employees.

      Pros

      Family owned company with a great deal of history in quality products. They were always willing to invest in ideas and opportunities to improve their processes and try new things. Benefits were affordable and 401K/Profit sharing was generous. They even had a 80% tuition reimbursement policy!

      Cons

      Being a smaller company they didn't have a wide variety of positions so job expansion was limited. However, in my years with the company I went from a low level position in a plant to a manager at corporate. I was encouraged to challenge myself and opportunities were there!
