      Pros

      People are mostly nice to you (to your face) Nice office (HQ). Interacting with manufacturing facilities is actually a pleasant experience. The company is apparently profitable.

      Cons

      Misguided / unfocused management. Lack of central leadership/goals. Greed is rampant. Focused on numbers, not on products. God help you if you don't make your numbers. Toxic atmosphere. Lack of industry experience at corporate level. Moving to Texas in several years.
