Pros

Most of my co-workers were great people. Work with little or no supervision.

Cons

Salary too low for what lawyers expect. Attorneys too bogged down with work with little or no help. Too few secretaries for attorneys.

No negatives in my view worth discussing. Like any law firm work can sometimes be stressful.
