At Klinedinst, we appreciate and value all feedback, both positive and negative. It’s what helps us become a better place to work. While we do not have anyone on our team with the title “Accounting Specialist,” we take any concerns like these to heart and would encourage any current employee to seek out their Operations Manager or the HR Director in San Diego. To show up at work in a “super negative” environment is the complete opposite of what we strive for, each and every day. We have shared this review with upper management, including our CFO and others within management, who are firmly committed to providing a positive, uplifting experience for all team members. It‘s just one reason we were named a Best Company to Work For by U.S. News & World Report. We also believe in inclusivity and engagement, and achieved Mansfield Certification for Mid-Size Law Firms. Our team members, including our Accounting team, mean everything; we value and treasure each individual, and aim to help everyone achieve their personal and professional goals. Since the day John Klinedinst opened the doors to our first office 41 years ago, Klinedinst PC has been the place where people come not for a job, but a career. We are sorry that this has not been the experience expressed by the author of this review. Again, if anyone has genuine concerns, please take advantage of the resources provided.
