Cons
1. If you are entering the organization as a fresher having the self learning and quick learning skills are a must, as the company is coming up with their structured training programs, a fresher might find it difficult as he/she will directly be working on projects, But in case you are smart and quick which basically is expected by every organization you approach, You will do good and will find your ground to settle very early. 2. In my one year of working with Knack, I honestly have not encountered any cons which are worth mentioning. But in case I do, I'll come update my review.
