When I was going to college, the company was fairly flexible/accomodating with scheduling. You are able to earn regular pay raises/performance. It was fairly easy to move up in my experience. Even an internship opportunity was available at HQ!

Cons

Poor work-life balance, lots of overtime, and depending on which casino you're at, you might find yourself miserable or comfortable with great people.
