Knighted Ventures is immediately recognizable as a caring company from the moment of entry. This is perpetuated by each employee I've met. They work well around whatever schedule is necessary, seeing every employee as a person, always willing to help. The line for advancement is directly set out for you immediately.

Cons

The job requires a lot of sitting. Coming from many physically oriented lines of work, I had to grow used to this.
