Pros

Friendly environment, Helpful, Understanding, Even if you're not good at Maths they'll help you with shortcuts. Have multiple shifts and if you want to work OT, they'll work with you on that too.

Cons

Some management are partial towards their friends. Apart from that everything else is all good.

Pros

Great base pay, higher than most in the Bay Area. Great and lowcost healthcare benefits. Opportunity to make more money by learning more games. Flexible scheduling $2 hour night shift differential from midnight to 6 am. Plenty of opportunities for overtime.

Cons

Long shifts and low staffing are a prevalent issue. Sometimes, you will be stuck on a table until you can be dismissed (pushed). During the pandemic at least, covid compliance of customers is almost entirely up to the casino. Lots of issues with crowding.

Great team members, and paid training. Could be challenging learning casino games but a great memory and fast reaction goes a long way.

Cons

The benefits aren't that great. Unless you're healthy of course.
