Pros
-full time benefits include medical, dental and vision plans -a 75$ wardrobe allowance if your are hired -you can do the job sitting or standing (your preference) -the job is not physically taxing -shifts available at all hours of the day (casinos normally operate 24 hours a day with the exception of COVID shutdowns)
Cons
-No part time positions available -They haven't increased their starting rate in over five years despite state minimum wage jumps (15$/hour) -You get the legal minimum sick pay for California (24 hours a year) nothing more -You have to be employed for a year before you are elegantly for PTO
