Pros

Great working environment with my coworkers and the casino side. I never had an issue. I always looked forward to go in to work.

Cons

Training other people on other games to move them up is critical. There should be more people moving up in games especially if they've been there for a while. So I see that people may get to comfortable.

Very few Associates are quite, don't want to speak . Even don't look at you . No hi , hello but it's ok .

Lots of different shifts to choose from Company tries to give back to keep employees involved with events like fundraisers or holiday parties, etc.

Cons

Favoritism everywhere you look on the casino level. This company is not about what you know but who you know and how much extra work you're willing to put in. The pay seems good, to someone who is green to casino life... once you get into the casinos and you see how much the dealers make, you quickly realize how grossly underpaid this job is. The managers at casino level are so under experienced in managing other people, there is little rhythm or reason to decisions made by people in charge and upper management isn't in the casinos enough to see it. The turnover rate for this position is outrageous, a close tie to McDonalds. These positions take a lot of training to get prepared for but this company makes you feel easily replaceable
