      Pros

      Coworkers and management are really easy to get along with and approachable Hardwork is rewarded; you get what you put in Leadership opportunities from being a fairly new, yet rapidly growing company

      Cons

      Strict scheduling from a combination of understaffing and 24/7 operation Doing the minimum leads to a very repetitive job

      Pros

      Amazing CEO's, supervisors and coworkers; great pay; unique business; easy job Very cool company! People at Knighted are friendly and polite. Supervisors know what they are doing and keep it professional. CEO's are very strong leaders, they try to meet their new hires personally and are interested in every employee despite having 500+ of them now. It is an important job- have to pay attention 100% of the time. Yet work itself is very simple

      if you sit at the same table during the whole shift, things can easily get boring; atmosphere is rather stressful in the first few days but you quickly get used to it. Since this business is new in Florida, poker room patrons and dealers are not too friendly towards the bankers but they are quickly getting more comfortable around us though :D

      Pros

      Very Easy job with perks to move up in the company if you really work hard at achieving this goal.

      Cons

      Very dull and repetitive. The job is usually short staffed and sometimes you must work over time. Not well structured and needs some improvement.
