Pros

Job is literally the best job I’ve ever worked. If you’re attentive, patient and trustworthy you will get a chance to grow with the company and as such those who are willing will get opportunities. Flexible with scheduling, fantastic attitude and wonderful people work here and make it enjoyable day in and day out. The casino industry isn’t for everyone but for those who are like me this is a great company to put in the long term with.

Cons

Not too many cons here. If you are an associate it can become repeatable sitting games all the time but like anywhere else with anything worth attaining you have to put time and effort in.

Pros

Challenging, you can move up quickly if you have the drive. It can be a very fun job.

Cons

It can be stressful and very frustrating working with people (dealers) who only care about tips. You meet very selfish and negative people in this line of work.

We understand that not all interactions in customer service will be positive so we heavily encourage that any issues be brought up to the managers or supervisors in the casino. Repetitive. Predictable. A constant question of," Will you work overtime?" Never scheduling overtime.
