      The pay is pretty good

      Cons

      It all seems like a crooked company. But that's the casino industry. The job (banker) is boring. It can be exciting but you are basically big brother over the dealers

      Pros

      Most of the time you just sit at a table moving chips. Pretty good pay for not needing a college degree. If you are a night owl, you can easily work the night shift (and make $2 an hour more)

      Cons

      Highly disorganized management. Your moral can quickly go down. Supervisors will lie to your face and just tell you want you want to hear. No clear path to advancement. While I was working there, employees were demoted without any warning. Management changed the requirements for advancement, and demoted everyone who didn't already meet those new skills. Never given time to meet any goals to stay at current position.
