      there was a lot opportunity for entry level employee to advance in the company, as long as you are willing to work hard.

      Cons

      really depends who you are working with. Different on-shift supervisor has different style to run shift. if you are lucky, working with good supervisor will make your performance better. However, working with "bad supervisor" will make you feel there was nothing worth to work this company.
