      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits, CEO available to talk to. Great HR team.

      Cons

      Training lasts 5 weeks at only 20 hours a week. Different trainers who don't communicate with one another so when you get a new trainer you spend the first day catching them up on what you already know. Conflicting opinions on proper procedure make your first weeks in the casino stressful.

      Decent start-out hourly wage Flexible hours Easy jobs

      Cons

      Bad management Promotion opportunities are there but not fair for everyone Expect employees to train outside of work and no raise when they have learnt new games Not translucent, they have memos to follow but apparently don't

      Pay is $15 an hour forever you get 40 hours!

      Cons

      They will try and make you learn games and give you more tasks with the same pay. the raises are .50 cents a year, almost laughable If you even for 1 second take a break, they get on you WORK WORK WORK They play favorites
