      Pros

      The people are great to work with and the faster you advance the better chance of a raise. If you plan to move up on the company, make sure to demonstrate it and speak with management about it as they are very helpful. The owners are great and actually take the time to get to know you.

      Cons

      There is favoritism but it cannot be avoided in any job.

      Easy job, Easy money, Some good Supes

      Cons

      Overtime, late breaks and lunches, you need thick skin for the players abuse, constant testing on games and "watching"

      Pros

      The job isn't very difficult. Pay attention in training and it's fairly easy. Everyone from the recruiter to trainers to supervisors and the owners (who you meet right away) are very welcoming. Owners come into the casinos on holidays. That's cool.

      Cons

      I love overtime but my co-workers don't like it as much. I love working graveyard for the additional pay but I don't have much of a social life.
