Our people are the reason we get out of bed every day, so it’s great to hear that you get along well with your coworkers and are taking advantage of our opportunities to move up in the company. Knighted is a fast-paced organization that has gone through a great deal of growth over the past several years. The “start-up” nature of our business is certainly exciting, and regularly keeps us on our toes - but the flipside of such a dynamic is that we haven’t always been as organized as we’d like. That said, we are excited about continued growth in the upcoming year - not only in terms of new clients, but also growing our internal structures and refining our policies and systems.
