Very regular routine schedule and operation. Clear pathway, expectations, timeline, and standards for your role and wage increases.

Cons

New team members have very limited options for schedule (no Saturdays off, graveyard or very early mornings). Strictly enforced rules regarding uniform, behavior, attendance, and work breaks.

-Pay raises for each game learned -Full Time -PTO, Medical, Dental -No Degree needed -Raises every year for Leads if you perform well -Clothing Reimbursement for professional clothes

Cons

-Base Rate of pay hasn't gone up in years and doesn't meet anything resembling cost of living, you will still need roommates or a partner to split bills with, but that's true most places right now -Base Rate for Leads is $3.50-$6.50 an hour above the starting rate for associates, depending on which games are available at your location -You have to stay with the company 1 year before you can start accumulating PTO -PTO accumulation is slow, and doesn't improve until you get to 4 years with the company -most locations do not offer part time
