Pros

I observe casino games and make sure that correct procedures are being followed and that payouts for games are correct. It is relatively relaxing working indoors with minimal physical labor. My co-coworkers are friendly, helpful, and understanding, and I learn on the job and have watched others learn and get promotions to management roles. I recommend it as a solid-entry level job.

Cons

The breaks are short, and the benefits such as healthcare and retirement are weaker than other places. It can be boring and monotonous, but also mentally-taxing at times. Customers and clients can sometimes be difficult.
