The job is repetitive and a bit challenging at the beginning but, they offer paid training and prepare you well before starting. The management team is helpful and they have an open door policy. The opportunity to move up is flexible based on games learned. Overall, good place to work.

-Nice management, easy to work with, understanding. -Work 4 day schedule (10 hours). -If you work nights, you get paid +$2 per hour. You can earn bonuses to your hourly pay by learning new games. Each game equals different amount of bonus ($0.50 to $2). Once you pass Pai Gow, you start earning annual bonus as well. Your pay can grow up nicely, only if you want to. You can also stay at your minimum base pay rate and do your initial 2 games and take it easy.

Cons

Some shifts tend to get understaffed and there is mandatory OT. But management does work to even out the staffing to avoid giving OT at all.
