Great company and team work, flexible hours for everybody. Full benefits. Lastly, easy going supervisors.

Cons

I think the company needs more activities outside of work, so everybody from different shifts can get to know each other.

Good competitive salary and training for the quality of the job. Lots of shifts and overtime available Excitement of working in a casino Casino staff is friendly and courteous

Cons

Overtime can sometimes be forced if not adequately staffed Staying excited in a job that is very routine and can become boring quickly

Coworkers and management are really easy to get along with and approachable Hardwork is rewarded; you get what you put in Leadership opportunities from being a fairly new, yet rapidly growing company

Cons

Strict scheduling from a combination of understaffing and 24/7 operation Doing the minimum leads to a very repetitive job
