      Easy job, good coworkers, great relationships with management, pay raises based on your commitment to advancement, promotions from within, great work parties, learn casino games, meet interesting people

      Cons

      Your brain will begin to melt as mental illness slowly takes over, since you don't really do anything but watch people play cards. The job is like watching a series infomercials and counting how many words they use. For 8-12 hours. 5-6 days per week.

      Very regular routine schedule and operation. Clear pathway, expectations, timeline, and standards for your role and wage increases.

      Cons

      New team members have very limited options for schedule (no Saturdays off, graveyard or very early mornings). Strictly enforced rules regarding uniform, behavior, attendance, and work breaks.

      Not a lot of physical work, and they have really great training. Being on the table can be so much fun, just witnessing all the various things that can happen during card games.

      Can be mentally exhausting at times.
