They value and focus on their employees growth. They treat everyone fairly and make sure everyone is being taking care of. Flexibility is also one thing that did company have. They will work with you on schedule and find a way to make it work.

KV is a fun and unique work environment! No experience or college degree necessary and comes with good pay/ benefits! Its also a very diverse group of people and very inclusive for all walks of life!

Pros

In my experience with the year I have been at Knighted, everyone has been very welcoming and supportive. The pay is good for a job where you simply have to watch people gamble. It is a great job for people looking for new experiences, looking for something simple, or are new to the workforce.

Cons

From what I have gathered in this year, the thing about working for Knighted, at least at my branch in Napa, is that it is unlikely you will be able to move up the ladder very far. There are a couple opportunities for higher positions, but to get to the supervisor/lead positions, you may have to work here for quite a while. As there aren’t many spots, you would have to wait for one of the current higher ups to either move to a different casino, or retire their position, and neither are likely to happen. Also, there are no annual raises. Once you finish the games you have at your location, you basically hit the ceiling.
