      Pros

      The company works one on one with the associates in order to help them advance through the games as quick as possible. Throughout the year there are chances to apply to either HR or management/ development positions. At times there are free lunches for associates for various holidays as well as free swag such as company sweaters or bags for time spent at the company. They also set up various work parties and charities events

      Depending on the shift there may be overtime

      Pros

      The surveillance team is a good fit for a self-directed, self-motivated worker who can manage most of their shift alone in a small room with few people to interact with. It's (almost) never boring like on the gaming floor, there's always something to do. No need to interact with annoying players, only corporation and casino management. More responsibility. Not quite a management position, but management-adjacent. Senior management is awesome and always available. Pay is above average for the industry.

      Cons

      Small team and 24/7 coverage means scheduling time off is tough, and you might not get the exact schedule you want. Minimal opportunities for overtime. (could be a pro or a con. )

      Pros

      Knighted provides the support and encouragement for self-development. No experience necessary. Paid training and once in the casino management does a good job of helping you acclimate to the work environment. Opportunity to earn raises by learning new games.

      Cons

      OT isn’t optional depending on the shift. Can become repetitive and potentially flatline if you don’t take initiative to develop.
