      Nine years and still the BEST!

      Pros

      What I love most is the people that I work with each day. Solving challenging problems while having fun is what makes it all worth it and that has not changed over my nine years. Other items that would make the "Pros" list: given responsibility to handle an area without micromanagement, very flexible PTO, access to the CEO's reading list which contains books/materials that would help me at any company and very open communication both up and down the organization.

      Cons

      Lost my reserved parking space since my team is not required to be in the office everyday. Yup, that is the worst of working at KB4 for me. It still remains by far the best place I have worked over my career.

      Working at KnowBe4 has been an exceptional experience that stands out in my career. The company excels in its space and is a clear industry leader. The company is mission driven and prioritizes initiatives based on what it’s best for its customers. What truly sets this company apart is its commitment to long-term professional growth for its employees. They offer numerous training programs, certifications, and opportunities to work on challenging projects that push you to learn and improve continuously. The executive team is second to none. Their open-door policy fosters a collaborative and people first work environment. The CEO sets the tone from the top and leads by example pushing a culture of transparency, extreme ownership, amongst other important values. Their strategic vision is clear and communicated effectively, making execution seamless and efficient, even in a fast-paced environment like ours. Hard work is frequently rewarded and recognized. This is a great place to work for those who are driven and prioritize professional development.

      Cons

      The pace here is definitely quick, which might be challenging for those not accustomed to a dynamic, fast-changing environment. However, the company does a great job at providing the support needed to thrive and the fun, team-oriented culture helps keep the energy levels high. This is a pro for employees who are accustomed to this. Ultimately, the vision is clear so it makes the challenges are rewarding.
