2yOur recent pay structure changes were implemented to align with industry standards and ensure fairness across the board. Stu remains transparent, making all information accessible to employees. It's important to clarify that any base pay reductions were solely due to position changes, not a deliberate lowering of pay for the same job description. As part of our business restructuring, some roles had to be adjusted to align with our new business plan, and individuals were offered new positions accordingly.
