      Pros

      Insanely awesome company culture not found anywhere else! Meetings from C level to the entire company daily and they are transparent about everything! No A-hole Policy! We practice extreme ownership and accountability, we leave the outside noise out of our work (politics, religion, etc.) We work hard to do things right and have fun while we do it. (Nerf guns are optional!)

      Cons

      We're a growing company so we do have changes that happen rapidly and sometimes are a little bumpy. Benefits have been changing but getting better for the most part.

      Culture Fun Team Fast Just a couple of words that this company provides. I have never worked at a better place. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a job
