- If you like fast, like I do, you will love it - Extreme Transparency, Stu really instills his trust in his employees which is not the norm but a great feeling - No day is the same on the salesforce Operations side which makes the work days move quickly - Also I am surrounded by extremely intelligent subject matter experts which makes my job much for fun to learn and grow!
Cons
- Sometimes our function is brought in last on some larger impact project providing us a small timeline to deliver and not the best product delivered - As the company has grown more and more structure and levels of approval needed to get projects approved, accessed and progressing forward which had led to lengthy turnaround times on projects that should not that long - Other than these, that is it.
