Pros

The onboarding and training is absolutely incredible. You are strongly supported from the day you start your job. University, Sales Training, Internship. The Coach goes deeply into salesforce training. Channel Account Management itself is really "sophisticated", the product is well known in the industry, and it is easy to sell. Office is situated in Steglitz, very easy to get to. Monthly Team Events. Salary is very good, uncapped sales bonus.

Cons

Official working hours are 09:00-18:00pm, which makes the day very long. I would prefer 08:00 to 17:00pm.

KnowBe4 really cares about its employees. It actively promotes a positive company culture, and strives to ensure that all employees are happy. Management is very supportive, and emphasis is placed on growth and learning. The project I work on is very interesting, and the prospects for career growth are very promising.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything negative about my work experience at KnowBe4.
