Pros
As soon as you start you have the training to get to know the company and the tasks in your role. I had a great welcome and felt part of the Knowbe4 family even before started, as we receive contacts from the onboarding team since we are hired. The salary is great. The support from my team, and the company, in general, is more than I have experienced before. After your 3 initial months, you can have career sessions to talk about your expectations and have help to achieve those goals.
Cons
As the headquarter are in the US, most of the team lives in the US, and you have contact only remotely. Also, the time difference (about 5 to 6 hours) makes it a bit difficult if you need your manager's approval or something that needs US team support.
