Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Our goal is to make KnowBe4 a fantastic place to work for every Knowster around the globe and we are disappointed to hear that this was your experience. Although base pay varies for every Knowster based on experience, department, and productivity, we do not have an “if we like you, you get paid more” policy ;) and we do our best to provide company-wide adjustments and compensation raises as necessary. We also just hired a Senior Director of Compensation Analysis who will work with leadership on making effective pay decisions and designing compensation programs for all positions at KnowBe4.
