4yHello, I also think KnowBe4 is a great company if you’re early in your career, and I think it’s a great company for those later in their careers too! As you said, KnowBe4 provides a lot of coaching and training, which means our employees are constantly learning, growing, and preparing to be able to step-up into new promotions. As you mentioned, we even encourage employees to take 5 hours a week to focus on continued education. This is not required but highly encouraged and can even be done during working hours.
