Honestly-- it's so hard for me to believe that such a great job and organization exists. I've been here nearly six months now and I'm still caught off guard by all the wonderful people, activities, events, and kindness of it all. Stu is a wonderful CEO, the managers here are super competent and understanding without micromanaging you. You are in a position of trust and treated as such! Stu is so above and beyond a great boss and person, he's so eager to share in the excitement of the culture he's created and maintained , as well as sharing the company's own income and positive changes. I still wake up every day, ready to do my best and have fun while I do my work. Even on my more busy and "stressful" days, it never feels like a chore to do my job with the people around me. I am grateful every day to be part of such a wonderful and loving culture and company. I could go on forever about the perks and pros. But it's something you have to experience to really believe and enjoy! :)

The interview process was easy and thorough and relaxed. I have since been hired and i'ts been great so far, I'm 2 days in, it's fast paced but doable, very organized, orientation scavenger hunt to assist us in finding and meeting our coworkers and departments. Lots of walk through's to learn the ins and outs of the processes. The benefits are excellent and the pay scales are not insulting like where I was before. I am looking forward to a long and amazing career here.
