Laid back fun environment to work in. Everyone treats each other with respect and lots and lots of opportunities to grow.

This organization truly has an amazing company culture. It’s very rare to work with so many amazing, driven and positive coworkers- they do a great job hiring the best! The organization does SO MUCH for the employees on top of being just plain awesome- quarterly mingles, monthly FREE lunch, so many community activities, and more than I’m sure I’m forgetting. The pay is very competitive and the benefits are stellar (gym membership included!).

Cons

The beautiful view of the water... it just teases you all day long!

Transparent direction of company led by executive team with daily morning meetings; unlimited growth potential; a company that likes to promote from within; great monthly bonuses for EVERY employee based on sales; relaxed, laid back culture and attire; free gym memberships and snacks!

Cons

Would be nice to work from home regularly, but I really enjoy coming to work.
