      Pros

      Nailing down a "few reasons" to work at KnowBe4 is pretty difficult because there are so many. Outside of all the awesome perks (open PTO policy, free snacks, free coffee, company-wide bonus, etc.) there are a few things that I really appreciate about the company from a deeper business standpoint; 1) Culture: Obviously the culture here is phenomenal. One of my favorite parts is the dress code; if you don't get pulled over on your way to work you're good to wear it. Being from a business background where your clothes determine your success, I really appreciate this factor on a deeper level. It's cool to be in a place where what you know determines your likelihood of success, rather than what designer business wear you have on. 2) Talent: There are so many talented people in this organization, it's insane. Everyone that you come in contact with is at the level they should be to be successful in their role and if they're not, training is readily available. It really makes coming to work exciting!

      Cons

      Cons? The only "cons" you'll find around here are people that avidly attend Comic Con.

      Pros

      - Inspections are done for areas and people both doing well and doing poorly. This is in order to help continue to improve the ones doing well, and to help improve the areas or people doing poorly but want to succeed - Continuous updates in general by the CEO and other C-Level executives - Validation among employees by both general and managers or above - People have positions within the company specifically to help other employees function better and grow - Policy and procedure are updated if there is sufficient evidence and understanding that show such are outdated, but never as preferential or discriminatory, and all staff are kept informed

      Thanks for the feedback. We will keep you up to date with our daily company wide meetings. Career advancement is one of the biggest things we want our employees to experience with us. With 147 internal promotions in 2018, I think we did well that in area.

      Pros

      Encouraged to be Who you are Extensive Training into the Product and Services offered Really welcoming onboard process Transparent and open communication with EVERYONE in the company No Micromanagement

      Cons

      Training can cause Anxiety for those not use to a High Expectation environment and culture. I want to be very clear that you HAVE to put the work in. If you can't be willing to dedicate your time in the first week to learning the companies products and procedures, than this may not be the place for you.

      Thanks for the review! I hope we don't actually cause Anxiety with training. However, we do hire what we consider the top 1% and know how awesome you will be as an employee. Our training is designed to make sure we are all 100% on the same page and speaking the same language. So it can be a little intense, but our training team is here to help you succeed!
