      Pros

      I've never worked in a company with so much transparency and investment in its employees - they really do their best to provide you with more than a job, but a career. The work is plentiful, but they provide you with the tools and training that you need to succeed and hit the ground running. Aside from that, I started during the pandemic, and they made the entire process starting working from home seamless.

      Cons

      The organization is growing at an amazing pace, which is great, but it can sometimes mean extra hours but management is cognizant and provides support in any way it can (e.g., adding more people on your team).
