- KnowBe4 did. We all got $50 a week extra pay to help us out.
How many companies rent out Universal for a private party that employees can bring their friends and family to?
- KnowBe4 did, twice now. Free food and drinks, no wait times for lines. Awesome holiday parties!!
How many CEOs sit right out in the open with other employees?
- Stu does! You can literally just walk up to his desk and talk to him.
How many CEOs hold regular AMA (ask me anything) sessions with all employees
- Stu does! We can literally ask him anything and he'll answer. He's such an open, honest, and awesome CEO!
How many companies start every morning with a company-wide meeting?
- KnowBe4 does. I love these meetings. They really keep us informed on what's going on in the company/industry. We aren't mushrooms - our executives don't keep us in the dark and feed us crap - they let us know what's going on!
Not many companies do what KnowBe4 does. It is truly a unique workplace and I am so lucky that I get to be a part of it. If you get the opportunity to work for KnowBe4, do not pass it up! You can go and look up all the benefits (trust me, they're great), but when it comes down to it, you won't find another work environment like this.
