Amazing Company - Best Onboarding Experience of EVER!

Pros

I've worked at several companies in my career but none as impressive as this one. Like every company, they have a detailed and extensive on-boarding process - your email is set up, you review policies and procedures and get an excellent overview of the company's products. That's where the similarity ends. New hire team photo, lunch in downtown Clearwater and a trip to Starbucks (lunch and Starbucks on the company) along with other fun activities (yes, I said FUN)! I can't forget to mention Lyss from HR who is Phenomenal! Always smiling, always friendly and made it her point to make everyone feel welcome! Home Run HR!

If there are any I haven't found them!

Pros

Fun group, profit sharing, good pay, free drinks and snacks, free health care, and most importantly they have a great purpose.

Cons

I didn't experience any. They only reason I left was because I was offered a high-level job elsewhere that I couldn't turn down.

-diverse and fun company culture -monthly cash bonus -executives are approachable and speak to you as a person -free snacks/ coffee

Cons

I haven't found any, I freaking love this place!
