They really care about us as staff We are given the opportunity to grow and be the best version of ourselves They have always welcomed change and if something is not working they will find a way to make it work. They value people. They have made the WFH experience so easy and you still feel part of a team even though you don't see each other. I feel grateful and fortunate to work with a company that offers so many perks and the bonuses are the best.
