      Great Virtual Onboarding Process

      Pros

      Lyss and Britt were great on getting me virtually onboarded! I felt right at home from day one, and they were super helpful with quickly getting me up to speed all the way through my training. I was very impressed with how easy it was to get virtually trained and Lorna and Brandy were a huge help in the success of getting me through it with no issues. Overall, KnowBe4 did a fantastic job at making the employees feel like a true part of the team even while working from home. Very great experience!

      Pros

      Stable and growing, pay and benefits are some of the best in Tampa. They invest and promote from within.

      Cons

      Below C-level leadership can be hit or miss; because they're a start-up it was a lot of friends managing friends culture. They recently have started promoting some external experienced managers and taking management more seriously.

      Pros

      KB4 walks the walk and talks the talk when it comes to onboarding their new hires. The onboarding team creates a cadence and a bond with the employee that helps them immediately feel integrated into the company. You start your actual job after you have GRADUATED from KB4 University. But wait,there's fun too. Onboarding sponsors a JEOPARDY game so you can test your knowledge of what you are learning along the way. Great job by the onboarding team to connect employees connect the dots to HR benefits too!
