      Fast moving, fun environment with incredible transparency and growth potential

      Pros

      The corporate philosophy is well summed up by the 3 golden rules; do it fast, do it right the first time, have fun while you do it. This creed is visible throughout the company, people are bustling around and the environment has noticeable hum of activity. It's one of those places where you like to come in and see everyone and get your work done. Free snacks, flexible vacation, team activities, and reliable company bonuses certainly assist in keeping spirits up. Internally there are opportunities for expansion between roles, people move around as the company grows.

      Cons

      The free snacks are a bit on the healthy side, if you're more likely to identify as a squirrel you'll be fine. If you've got a sweet tooth you have to make friends with the right people to get the good stuff. Seriously, there isn't much worth complaining about. Benefits are good but not great, they're up for review.

      Well, we have changed up the snacks a ton! We have also added a vending machine with all the goodies a sugar hound could love. :) Also we listen to our employees and have constantly improved our benefits package for all employees.

      KnowBe4 has it all going right...fast growth, awesome product, great people, ethical policies, incredible management, fun environment, and very fair and generous to all employees.

      Cons

      Because of the speed of growth things change fast, which may not be for everyone.

      Pros

      I am amazed everyday and cannot believe that this place is real. From day one it was everything I ever hoped for and more...and I started when there were small. I have seen the challenges, growth and the celebrations of success. Still everyday is a new task that we all take on willingly. Why? Its very simple my goals are your goals, we support each other in our roles and accomplishments. It doesn't matter which department that your in or where you are on the ladder. Management respects you, listens to your ideas and you rewarded for your achievements. The money is great, but nothing compares to a high-five from the Ceo for a job well done. Someone actually came in for an interview and asked if they could hang out for awhile. See what the jobs really about. They said to me this doesn't seem real. Everyone seems so happy. My reply, Dreams sometimes do come true.

      Cons

      It can be stressful, especially if you always want to be the winner. Sometimes you have to let others shine. With the fast growth comes more people and the dynamics still have to be worked out. Based on volume and responsibilities it can be difficult to keep up.

      When you are in hypergrowth things move FAST FAST FAST!!! We love that we have so many team members (Knowsters) that continue to make us one of the Best Places to Work in the Tampa Bay area!!!
