      Impressive On-boarding of New Hires

      Pros

      Great on-boarding process, very thorough but it's also made fun by their on-boarding team Lyss and Britt (thank you!). KB4 spends a great deal of time training each individual for their role, ensuring they have a great understanding of the company, it's products and it's procedures so we can better help our customers and better succeed within the company.

      Amazing place to work. The Holiday Party is amazing

      They really look down on remote work. I think it would be an added bonus. Not saying all roles need to be remote, but perhaps have the ability to remote work once or twice a week.

      Thanks so much ! Now that we have been working from home, all of us, we have more experience with WFH. It's being revisited, but the experience is that being in the office together is more fun as a team, and also both more effective. You simply get more done and you're not in Zoom Prison all the day. :-D Warm regards, Stu

      During this crisis, KB4 is still hiring and allowing current employees to work from home. Perks on Perks on Perks! Work Hard Play Hard Environment

      I have not found one yet. But it is not for the lazy, it is very fast paced!
