Pros

Fun culture, good benefits (health insurance and PTO), room for growth and personal expansion within the company and a value of work/life balance (which is important for working parents!) :-)

None that I have experienced

The trick is keeping the same core values we had at 9 employees even though we are now over 900. Be assured we will continue to hold onto our core principles as we grow even more!
