      Pros

      Management buy-in on extreme ownership and atomic-level visibility. Super friendly and laid back environment without the lack of capability or work ethic. Easy work-from-home transition during COVID-19 quarantine. No limit PTO. Free option for health insurance. Snacks, games, free food, great holiday festivities.

      Cons

      Parking can be a hassle due to the lack of space downtown. No fees or anything, just the possibility for long walks in the rain.

      You’re not dreaming; this is real! I bet this new WFH arrangement fixed your parking issue. :) And don’t worry, we are working to solve the parking issues as soon as we can and that is why we supply every new Knowster with an umbrella, because no matter where you park, FL weather can be unpredictable.

      COVID-19 Remote Workplace

      Pros

      When the coronavirus news was breaking it was amazing just how quick Stu decided we were all going to be working remotely. The IT team did an amazing job of getting everyone equipped in a few days. We all have Zoom and continue to have our morning meetings with Stu as well as daily huddles with our teams and customers.

      Cons

      I miss the camaraderie when working in the office, but the morning huddles makes it feel like we are all still together.

      WFH is Fun & Easy

      Pros

      During the COVID-19 situation, we are 100% operational & WFH was an easy transition. We also hired several new employees & need more!!! When in the office, the environment is up beat & full of fun surprises in an open floorplan atmosphere. Now, with our video conferencing meetings, we are experiencing the same fun with high production,

      None. Recently, working from home, has me missing my co-workers.
