      Most colleagues are very nice and helpful.

      Where do I even start... * You are expected to work like a machine. A lot of my colleagues went on burn out leave. * HR is of no help but will chase you with petty stuff. Look at their responses. * No help or support from management * Training and development almost non-existent * 0 transparency from executives regarding big structural changes to the organisation * Generally out of touch

      Hello. Our leadership is transparent daily during our company-wide Daily Briefings and Ask Me Anything sessions. The changes made during the roll out of our GTM strategy were gone over in great detail, with many AMAs specifically answering questions surrounding the changes. We have taken CSM feedback, and our CRO announced multiple changes based on feedback received at the end of July. We wish you the best in your next, as clearly KB4 was not the best match for you.

No backstabbing, constructive criticism and the management is actually interested in you doing good and earning good money. - Good pay. - Good work/life balance. - The most amount of holiday days I've ever had. - Great colleagues (no a**holes). - The company has a great mission. - Great career progression opportunity.
