      Pros

      Brilliant company that focuses very well on 3 vital points. The people - invested in each and every person and their personal development through the use of a career team and coaches. Culture - a big emphasis on having fun as we work. Its a brilliant place to work, and the people here are amazing Growth - they go into everything with a growth mindset. But also as a business demonstrating considerable hyper growth due to the green field markets and amazing teams

      Pros

      - Great Company Culture - Sales Coaches availables - Really great management in terms of human skills - Nice commision scheme - Positive working environment

      Cons

      - No pension - No possibility to work outside the country at all, not convenient for expats - No health care plan - Remote office location - Promoting a 5 h per week study time which does not match the kpis on activities.

      Nice Culture and Investment on Study

      There's a great investment into culture and transparency. You have a nice environment to work and you also get to know everything that's going on in the company. You have time to invest in your career and study. The company holds a 5 hour/week study rule. This is a good opportunity for keeping up with new trends and technologies

      The company is moving fast. You have to keep up with the pace and be prepared to embrace changes
